Placing an order

If you are in the UK mainland and you place your order before our 1 p.m. cut off, then your order should be with you next working day (subject to stock levels). If you decide to spread your payments, delivery can take up to 7 working days as we review the order.

Please note we cannot guarantee next day delivery for machines. We try our best to get them delivered as soon as possible, but shipping times can fluctuate.

If you need an order by a specific date, please email us on sales@clenaware.co.uk with the item you would like to buy, and the date you need it by.

Currently, discount codes can only be redeemed with phone orders. When you call to place your order quote your discount code, and it will be applied if valid.

The easiest way to place an order is online, where you have the option to spread your payments or purchase outright. You can also purchase anything from our range via the phone on 01933 666 244 or send your order via email on sales@clenaware.co.uk.

Payment

There is a number of ways in which you can pay. We can take payment on the phone, receive a bank transfer, take payment online or set up a direct debit.

Stripe is a payment processor used by millions of companies. We use Stripe when taking order payments on our website. Stripe is a secure platform, so rest assured your data is safe.

GoCardless is a platform we utilise to collect recurring payments. We use GoCardless for our spread payment orders and our service and support packages. You will receive emails from GoCardless before any payments are taken, and your payments are fully protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.

All prices shown on our website are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. We show all product prices including and excluding VAT and try to be as clear as possible however if you have any questions in regards to pricing please get in contact with us on 01933 666 244 or email sales@clenaware.co.uk.

All major credit and debit cards are accepted, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Your payment could have been declined for several reasons. The most common reason might be that your payment details were entered incorrectly. Be sure to double check your payment details before submitting the order! If you are still experiencing payment problems, please contact your bank for more details.

Yes, online orders above £500.00 (inc. VAT) are eligible for our spread payments. Simply select "Spread Payments" at the checkout and configure your plan.

Spread Payments

Our current minimum order amount to qualify for spread payments is £500.00 (inc. VAT).

Our current minimum up front amount is 10% of your overall order (inc. VAT).

When you place your order, our team will review it against our spread payment guidelines. You will receive an order reference number and payment breakdown, you will then be notified within 7 days if your order has been accepted and your order will be shipped.

The initial payment amount will be taken 7 days from the order date.

Yes, of course you can pay early. Please give us a call on 01933 666 244 to arrange this. Once the account is settled, your direct debit will be terminated and no more money will be taken. We do not charge any fees for early termination.

The direct debit and payments are processed through a platform called GoCardless.

The first monthly payment will be taken one month after the initial payment and monthly after that. GoCardless will send a full schedule of payments.

Delivery

When placing your order either via the phone or online, please provide your mobile phone number this way we can add your number to the Parcelforce tracking, so you receive updates.

For orders placed on the Clenaware Website any purchase over £25.00 benefits from free delivery, any orders under £25.00 will be subject to a £20.00 delivery charge. This is an online promotion and orders placed by phone or email incur the following delivery charges.

Product up to 30kg - £20.00.
Machine delivery - £75.00.
Chemicals - up to two boxes - £20.00.
Chemicals - up to four boxes - £30.00.
Chemicals - up to six boxes - £40.00.
Chemicals - over six boxes (palletised) - £50.00.

If you have made a mistake and need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible on 01933 666 244.

This is something we can try to arrange but will be subject to an additional postage fee. Our free delivery promotion online does not cover weekend deliveries. If you need delivery for a weekend, please get in contact with us before you place your order and we can provide a price.

Consumables, accessories and spare parts are sent via Parcelforce. If we are shipping a pallet, it is sent via Palletways.

Returns

It's important to find the perfect piece of equipment, so we completely understand if you want to change your product for something more suitable for your space. Get in touch as soon as possible on sales@clenaware.co.uk or call 01933 666244 and we will see what we can do.

Please note only items with original packaging in brand new condition will be accepted for exchange. We charge a 25% restocking fee for every item that is sent back, including items that come back for an exchange. Once we receive the original product back and it has been inspected, your exchange product will be sent out.

We're sorry the item did not reach you in good condition! We are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement or repair. Please get in contact as soon as possible on 01933 666 244 or email sales@clenaware.co.uk.

We completely understand if you want to change your mind and return your order. Please get in contact with us on 01933 666 244 or email sales@clenaware.co.uk to have this arranged.

Please note your original shipping cost will not be refunded and there is a restocking fee of 25% of the price of the product you wish to return.

Oh no! We're sorry your order is not complete. Please get in contact with us right away on 01933 666 244 or email sales@clenaware.co.uk, and we will look into it and have the missing item(s) redelivered as soon as possible.

All refunds will be usually be processed within 7-10 working days depending on your bank.
For refunds on returned products, the refund will not be processed until we receive the goods back.
Please note there is a 25% restocking fee and if the item has been shipped the delivery amount will not be refunded.

Clearance items

Due to the limited stock we have, these items are not available to buy online, so please call us on 01933 666 244 if you would like to purchase any of our clearance products or have any further questions.

You cannot use any discount code for clearance items. Clearance items are also not included in any special offers currently available.

Our clearance items benefit from 12 months manufacturer’s warranty; however, this does not cover the defects or condition of the item listed at the point of sale.

All of our clearance items are in full working order. These items can come with some manufacturing defects, or they may have signs of use, for example ex-hire stock.
